Today at 6 p.m. (Moscow time) on the stage of the State Kremlin Palace — Konstantin Khabenskiy, Yuri Bashmet and «The Soloists of Moscow» with special musical-literature experiment.
The first part of the concert will feature Franz Schubert’s quartet “Death and the Maiden” rearranged by Gustav Mahler and performed by the Moscow Soloists chamber orchestra. Konstantin Khabensky will read out fragments from Albert Camus’ famous play “Caligula”. The second part will feature Camille Saint-Saëns’ suite “The Carnival of the Animals”, and Khabenskiy will read the poem to this suite translated by Dmitry Bykov.
The combination of classic music and talented acting will give all of you a range of emotions. Just once on Russia’s main stage!
